How to clear your learning progress

Start your learning again without deleting your account.

In the app

1. Open the Tutoro app and sign in to your account.
2. Open your Profile.
3. Tap the gear icon in the top-left corner to open Settings.
4. Tap Clear Data.
5. Confirm. Your learning progress is cleared.

If the option is not available on your device, write to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.

What is cleared

• Your lesson and course progress, and your placement result.
• Your AI tutor conversation history.
• Your vocabulary, story and exercise progress.

What stays

Your account, profile, XP, streaks, Almases, items, league position and subscription stay as they are. Voice recordings are removed only when you delete your account. To remove everything, delete your account instead.
