How to delete your Tutoro account

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open the Tutoro app and sign in to your account.
2. Open your Profile.
3. Tap the gear icon in the top-left corner to open Settings.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm the deletion. Your account is deleted and you are signed out.

By email

If you cannot use the app, or the option is not available on your device, write to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We will delete it within one month and confirm by email.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Please cancel it in the store before you delete your account.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in record.
• Your profile and onboarding answers.
• Your learning progress, including your AI tutor conversations.
• Your voice recordings and pronunciation feedback.
• Your XP, streaks, Almases, Energy, items and other game progress.
• A Tutoro for Teams seat you hold is released, and a creator profile you have is closed.

What is kept

Some records are kept after your account is deleted: purchase and invoice records we must keep by law, referral attribution records, and Tutoro for Teams activity statistics until they expire after 400 days. Copies may also remain in backups for a limited time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
